I absolutely love egg salad and feel it is to die for! Egg salad is quick, easy, and yummy, but almost always contains mayonnaise. This recipe is nutritious and completely guilt free!
Yield: 4 Servings
6 hard boiled eggs
1. Chop hard boiled eggs (Whites and Yolk)
2. 4 Tablespoons of dijon mustard
3. Add finely chopped fresh dill to taste
4. Add black pepper to taste
Serve on whole grain bread, whole grain crackers, or over a bed of romaine lettuce.
