Let me start off by saying that my love for food runs deep. Like super deep.
I have tried so many different “diets” and “food life changes” and have had success with some and not so much success with others. I have done 21 day fix (which I enjoyed), Whole30(which I never finished), just eating “clean”, and counting calories. Through all of these different “diets” I have become discouraged and cranky and honestly I just end up eating whatever I want anyways. I don’t like eliminating foods from my diet and I don’t like feeling like I have failed because I have a cookie or a cheeseburger.
What I love about Weight Watchers is that there is no failure. Any food is game. You have two sets of points; you have daily points and weekly points. The weekly points allot for a cheat meal or for you to go over your daily points a bit if needed. I love that I can still get a bean burrito from Taco Bell and that I can go to Chili’s and have a margarita. I just have to allot my points properly.
This is a program where you have to trust the process with. Get creative with your points and your food. I have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed learning the ins and outs of Weight Watchers so far and can’t wait to see success.
